CHEF LINCOLN CARSON
Chef Lincoln Carson was most recently the culinary partner at The Thompson Hotel Hollywood and Executive Chef / Partner of Mes Amis, a French-inspired restaurant located in Hollywood’s burgeoning Vinyl District, following his nationally-acclaimed Bon Temps, which opened in the Los Angeles Arts District in 2019.
Bon Temps received best new restaurant accolades from Food & Wine, Esquire, The Los Angeles Times, T.O.L.A. and Los Angeles Magazine, while Chef Carson was named Esquire’s Rising Star Chef 2019 and was a finalist for the Outstanding Pastry Chef award from the James Beard Foundation in 2020.
Carson’s is recognized as an industry leader and innovator, with some of his 3 decades plus of experience including New York’s Le Bernardin, Peacock Alley and La Cote Basque, Bellagio’s Picasso, Opening the Wynn with Daniel Boulud and an eight year tenure as Corporate Executive Pastry Chef for The Mina Group. He is a consulting pastry chef and guest educator for Valrhona Chocolate as well as having numerous national and international consulting clients ranging from Nutella to Hawaiian Host.
