Executive Chef Nik Ramirez - Chef Nikolas Ramirez's culinary journey led him to the Santa Ynez Valley. Chef Nik's dedication and abilities were quickly recognized, first as Sous Chef, then Chef de Cuisine prior to landing a position as Executive Chef of Loquita in Santa Barbara. Chef Ramirez infuses flavours from his global adventures - to Japan, Taiwan, Bangkok, France, Copenhagen and more. Having found his passion, Chef Ramirez dove into expanding his culinary repertoire, and has brought his mastery to The Ballard Inn.  Enjoy inspired cuisine for a truly delectable menu that features seasonal, locally sourced produce, seafood, and meats.
